Each year, ideas and vision for Sõrve come to life with the help of not just lots of coffee, goodwill, and researching, but also funds from donations and membership fees that are administered by the Sydney Estonian Parents’ and Friends’ Association “Sõrve Sõbrad”. As a not-for-profit entity, all proceeds go towards funding costs related to camp venue, instructors, catering, and creating camp activities.
Sõrve Sõbrad is the key fundraising committee to ensure the planning and execution of the camp is well-resourced.
The committee is also tasked with governance, supervision and mentorship of Sõrve Leadership – the young volunteers who organise and run the camp.

Become a member of Sõrve Sõbrad, help out at promotional and fundraising events, or become a leader at camp!
Membership is offered for free to anyone over 16 years of age attending the camp full time.
The annual membership fee is $20 and is not compulsory to attend camp.
