Juhid live and breathe camp life for the full seven days — working, playing and living alongside their tare members 24/7. They take responsibility for their group’s wellbeing, growth and participation, contribute actively to the Juhtkond, and help plan and deliver a safe, fun and meaningful program. Strong teamwork, initiative, adaptability, resilience, good health, and a great sense of humour are all essential qualities for this rewarding leadership role.
