The Sõrve Sõbrad committee are opening up registrations early this year to manage the growing number of participants and the increasing costs from the NSW Office of Sport & Recreation. Opening registrations earlier also gives us a better indication of numbers, so we can accommodate all participants as best as possible and avoid the frantic rush in the weeks leading up to camp!
Sõrve 2026 Fee structure

*Please allow 2 weeks for invoices to be raised (including for the early bird special). If you do not pay by the due date, you will be issued a new invoice with the increased price.
**Historically Sõrve has discounted Office of Sport and Recreation fees and never charged the full Office of Sport and Recreation rate. Early bird rate is what Office of Sport and Recreation charged Sõrve in 2025 and not Sõrve discounted rates you will find on your prior year invoice

Fee relief options
- 5% discount for 1st time children registered and paid by 31 October 2025
- 5% discount for a first time attending parent accompanying a 1st time C Group/F Troop child paid by 31 October 2025
- 5% discount for 3 or more children from one family paid by 31 October 2025
The NSW Sport and Recreation participant form will be made available around October and a link will be provided after you submit your registration.
Cancellation Policy

Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

- Bookings cancelled with a written notification prior to 5pm AEST 31 October 2025 will receive a 100% refund
- Bookings cancelled with a written notification between 1 November - 5pmAEST 30 November 2025, will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be given to bookings cancelled after 5pm AEST 30 November 2025
