What went well - decorations went well
What didn't work well - went over time, to many games, to big of a space
Pinch points (areas that may have been looked over that should be considered when planning the activity next time) - not enough prep time to set up, didn't make enough props before camp and didn't consider how long it would take to do at camp.
Other feedback/Suggestions for next year - more people allocated to it, clearer role allocation pre camp
