Sõrve 2027 Registrations
The Sõrve Sõbrad committee opened registrations earlier this year to help manage growing participant numbers and increasing NSW Office of Sport & Recreation costs. Early registrations also help us better plan and accommodate everyone, while avoiding the last-minute rush before camp.
As mentioned during the AGM, the make up of camp changes each year and while we will always try and be as consistent as possible, some things may need to change at times to accommodate increased numbers within a certain age group. We appreciate your understanding on this.
To help with accommodation planning, priority for beds will be given to full-time participants before part-time participants.
We will offer two pricing options for 2027: Early Bird and Full Fee registrations. Please see the rate schedule below for details.

IMPORTANT DATES
Registrations Open: 1 June 2026
Early Bird: 1 June - 31 July 2026 (invoice must be paid by this date)
Full Price: 1 August - 30 November 2026 (invoice must be paid by this date)
Registrations close: 1 December 2026
Note: If you register on July 31, you must also pay by this date to secure the early bird price, otherwise you will be reissued an invoice with the full fee.
2027 Casual fees per day
These include 3 meals:
Child 0-2 $0
Child 2-4 $75
Child 5-12 $155
Child 13-17 $160
Adult $200

We are pleased to offer different options to pay your fees - Direct Debt, BPay, Apple Pay, PayPal (including PayPal4) and credit card. Please note, some fees do apply. Direct transfer into our bank account is the best way to avoid fees. For more details, please refer to the invoice sent from MYOB.
Please allow 2 weeks for invoices to be raised. If you do not pay by the 31st of July, you will be issued a new invoice with the price for the next booking window.

- 5% discount for 1st time children registered and paid by 31 October 2026
- 5% discount for 3 or more children from one family paid by 31 October 2026

Cancellation Policy
The below dates are aligned with the NSW Sport & Recreation cancellation windows
- Bookings cancelled with a written notification prior to 5pm AEST 31 October 2026 will receive a 100% refund
- Bookings cancelled with a written notification between 1 November - 5pm AEST 30 November 2026, will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be given to bookings cancelled after 5pm AEST 30 November 2026.
To cancel a booking, please email [email protected], verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving bank details.
