Ladies, Gentlemen, Friends, Family and everyone in between, it is time for our second weekend workshop. From each of you I need the following before the meeting:

TEAM LEADERS: A rough outline of your activities, it doesn't have to be complete, just enough so that we can provide support if needed, or so you can raise any concerns if you have any.
Have a think about potential donations/ gifts for the trivia night.

0945: Arrive chat and setup meeting hall
1000: Meeting Starts SHARP
1001:

1300: Lunch
1500: Arrive back at Eesti Maja in order to start setup of hall for trivia
1730: People start arriving for trivia
